We manage the entire process in-house from its purpose-built manufacturing facility in the UK, and operates to ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 standards.

Card production
Our dedicated digital and lithographic manufacturing facilities each house state-of-the-art card production and finishing equipment giving us the ability to add magnetic stripes and signature panels as well as enhanced finishes such as metallic and special inks, matt/gloss lamination and surface finishes including spot UV, foil print and edging.
Card personalisation
We appreciate that card scheme requirements vary enormously, which is why we offer an extensive choice of card personalisation options including embossing, encoding, barcoding, 2D codes, thermal printing, “Drop on Demand” printing, inkjet printing and thermal re-transfer.
Mailing & fulfilment
Certus Card Group offers a holistic service for your card scheme – match mounting, inserting into liveried envelopes, and mailing completed packs directly to customers. You can leave all the hard work to us!
A history of success internationally
We work with clients across multiple markets in the UK, Europe and Worldwide across a variety of sectors including retail, finance, hotels, travel and leisure, and the public sector. Operating from a purpose-built manufacturing facility in Cheshire, we produce over 160 million plastic cards each year for FTSE 100 companies and household names including Coop Denmark, Booths and Showcase Cinemas.
