Our Locations

Paperboard print & Carrier Production

Our Colchester site is the home of our paperboard expertise. Specialising in high-quality paper print, this facility produces both paperboard cards and the carriers that support them – from simple sleeves to fully bespoke, multi-component designs.

The team works closely with clients to develop creative, practical solutions at scale, combining design knowledge with high-volume production capabilities. This makes Colchester a key part of our gift card, loyalty and retail display offering, where presentation, sustainability and consistency are critical.

Plastic Card Manufacturing

Macclesfield is our centre of excellence for plastic card production. This site handles everything from short-run, on-demand orders to large-scale programmes for some of the UK’s biggest brands.

It is also home to Plastic Card Hub, our web-to-print platform that allows customers to upload artwork and order plastic cards with rapid turnaround. Alongside this, the team produces a wide range of plastic formats, including membership cards, fuel cards, access cards and key fobs.

Secure Personalisation, Packaging & Fulfilment

Skelmersdale is our secure fulfilment and personalisation facility, bringing together cards produced in Colchester and Macclesfield into finished, customer-ready products.

Here, cards are personalised, matched with carriers or letters, and dispatched, whether that’s a gift card attached to a carrier, a fuel card personalised and mailed directly to a driver, or a membership card issued daily to new joiners. The site also supports pick-and-pack fulfilment, sending cards directly from stock to end recipients.

Skelmersdale is also home to our PaperburstTech line, a £500k investment in secure, tamper-evident paper packaging that enables robust, sustainable solutions for sensitive card programmes.
